1. Although the casting method of gravity casting can be used for alloy materials, after the casting is completed, some post-treatment processes need to be carried out to improve the mechanical properties of castings, such as tensile strength and hardness. It should be noted that alloys with different compositions have different requirements for casting performance, so they are also different in treatment methods.
2. For AC2A aluminum alloy material, when metal mold gravity casting is adopted, the specific operation of the pouring process is as follows: when the alloy material melts and heats up and the temperature reaches 730 to 750 ℃, GBF rotary degassing is used and gas is introduced to remove hydrogen and slag for 15-20 minutes. Then, stand for 15 minutes to check whether the composition, slag content and hydrogen content are qualified.
3. ZA27 material is a high aluminum zinc base alloy. Its aluminum content is about 27%. It is suitable for gravity casting. Moreover, it has good strength and toughness, low specific gravity and wide application range.
